Slow active flexion curl on a large comfy edge, 4-5 reps per hand, 7/10 effort
STEP 2:
7-8 Chin Ups, use a band or pulley assistance if needed, 7/10 effort
STEP 3:
Easy wall crawl for ~1 minute, warming up your legs and hips, 4/10 effort (easy)
STEP 4:
Wrist Wrench, 4-5 reps per hand, 7/10 effort
(You can lift weight off the ground if you don't have a cable machine)

Push-Ups, 15 reps, 5/10 effort
